A gentleman in our valley had been struggling with bad health for quite some time and just recently, it got the best of him and he was taken to his home in heaven. He was quite the man and I really enjoyed teasing him. He will surely be missed. As a result of his passing, his wife had an auction today at their home so Evan and I decided to go. There were quite a few people, neighbors, and friends in attendance.
The best part of all, was the view from their home. Their home is surrounded by beauty...no neighbors in the immediate vicinity. I guess you could say that whether here on earth or heaven above, our friend has always had and will continue to have a bit of heaven.
