Home Grown Produce

Thanks to my husband, once again, he grew a beautiful garden.  Each year I think he couldn’t do it any better but then he produces another garden, more spectacular than the previous year.  Each year he rotates the crops putting them in the same garden spot but placing the produce in different areas.
Gardens are a lot of work……….………planting, watering, weeding, harvesting, freezing, and canning.  As a rule, my husband does all the gardening part and I do the washing, freezing and canning.  But really, is there anything better than home-grown produce?!

After writing the top portion of this blog, I washed and cleaned enough broccoli to fill 16 pint bags.  Mmmm – love broccoli!

He does a good job every year of growing and you do a great job taking care of it. That's called team effort. Love home grown it always tastes better...Max

This really is an awesome garden. We didn't do a very big one this year; but maybe next year. It looks like you are going to be busy harvesting all of this one.
Blessings and hugs!

Your garden is fantastic! And like 5 times the size of ours. That is seriously a ton of broccoli, all of ours was filled with little green looper worms and I wasn't so keen to harvest it. But it looks like you'll be eating yummy broccoli all winter long.
