Pickling Beets

Short Blog – Long Day…………My cousin came up from Utah earlier in the week and today we, my cousin, my husband, and myself, spent the day doing beets.

Oh, forgot to add that little bunny foo-foo got in the garden and decided he liked beets too…..little brat.  Instead of starting one beet and finishing it, he had to take big chunk out of several beets, ruining the entire beet.
